A colorless, ready-to-use wood preservative with a combined formula that combats and prevents wood-destroying insects. It actively kills wood pests such as the woodworm (Anobium), the house longhorn beetle (Hylotrupes), and the sapwood beetle (Lyctus). It also provides preventative protection against new infestations by these insects. The product-specific microemulsion technology enables good active ingredient distribution and absorption.

mamba Woodworm Ex is a colorless, ready-to-use wood preservative with both combating and preventative effects against wood-destroying insects. It actively kills wood pests such as the woodworm (Anobium), the house longhorn beetle (Hylotrupes), the sapwood beetle (Lyctus), and even termites (Isoptera).
In addition, it offers long-lasting, preventative protection against new infestations by these insects, in accordance with DIN 68800-3 . It is particularly suitable for professional wood preservation. This is especially true when targeted insect control is required, while a rapid knockdown effect and very high long-term protection are required. The product-specific microemulsion technology enables highly efficient active ingredient distribution and absorption . Approved for both professional and non-professional users.
mamba Woodworm Ex is suitable for all types of wood and wood materials that require preventative or effective treatment against insect infestation. You can use the product on roof trusses, stairs, furniture, antiques, and works of art, among other things.
The treated and dried wood can then be painted over with commercially available varnishes and glazes.

Notes:
- Do not use mamba Woodworm ex on wood that may come into direct contact with food or feed or livestock and pets.
- When used in the immediate living and sleeping areas, an additional coat should be applied to prevent direct contact with the active ingredient.
- Suitable coatings include commercially available varnishes or glazes.
- For the control of insects in wood installed under roofs, provided it is not exposed to weathering or moisture.
- Applications in exposed outdoor areas, such as garden fences, are possible. However, if the wood comes into contact with water (e.g., rain), the active ingredient may be washed out. Therefore, a sealing top coat is required to lock in the active ingredient.
Processing, system & coating structure with mamba woodworm ex
- The surface must be clean and dry as well as free of oil and grease.
- It is essential to remove heavily infested or unstable wood layers as well as old paint.
- Apply by brushing or spraying.
- Depending on the application, apply the required quantities carefully and undiluted two or more times.
- Both infested wood parts and drill holes should be painted several times. Filling drill holes (e.g., with a syringe) has proven effective for local application.
- Wearing protective gloves and goggles is recommended while working.
- Keep unprotected persons or animals (especially cats) away from the treated wood until the surfaces are dry.
Use biocidal products/wood preservatives carefully.
